Our company was built on more than 30 years of criminal investigations expertise. We bring knowledge of the frontline realities to bear on every feature of our products. We devise solutions that are rooted in deep understanding of the complexity and challenges associated with multi-jurisdictional, multi- agency investigations and intelligence probes.
Since launching in 2001, Agnovi has worked with all manner of organizations including large government departments and corporations—in each case, gaining understanding of customer needs to develop responsive technology solutions that adhere with industry standards.

Our Executive Team
Denis Girard – Director, Sales
Denis Girard is a founding partner of Agnovi Corporation. Denis is a retired Ontario Provincial Police officer with 30 years of policing experience. His perspective and authoritative understanding of best practices in case management directly influence the development of Agnovi's product portfolio. Denis spent most of his police career in investigations, drugs, major crime and organized crime in international joint forces operations. He received the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Commissioner's Commendation for his contributions to the Major Case Management Course. This course is given to police officers from around the world at the Canadian Police College in Ottawa. Denis has also lectured across Canada on the methodology of major case management; he was instrumental in creating the new Team Commander's Major Case Management course and the Primary Investigators Major Case Management component at the Canadian Police College.
Scott Helsby – Director, Technology
Scott Helsby is a founding partner of Agnovi Corporation. Scott is responsible for the overall research and development effort for all product portfolios and emerging technologies. Prior to joining Agnovi, Scott served as a senior consultant and technical software architect at the Canada Border Services Agency where he played a key role in building mission-critical border security and intelligence applications. Scott holds an honors degree in Computer Science from Carleton University.
Todd Andrea – Chief Executive Officer
Todd Andrea is a founding partner of Agnovi Corporation and became Chief Executive Officer in May 2007. He previously served as Director of Operations for four years. In his current role, Todd is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans and corporate policies. Prior to joining Agnovi, Todd worked at the Canada Border Services Agency where he managed a collection of inter-related national security software applications that together supported over 4,000 users across Canada. Todd holds degrees in Business Administration and Information Systems from St. Francis Xavier University.
